JOB OVERVIEW
- Job Title: Corporate Store Manager

Job Purpose:
This position sits at the Head office and is responsible for running all Jibuco Corporate stores as if it is your own business .You will be responsible for the sales & marketing strategy for the store, including organizing and implementing sales activities in your territory, and managing customer relationships. You will ensure that the Jibu brand is well-known in your territories, create a good customer experience for the customers, and be responsible for the management of the rest of the store team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Jibuco Corporate stores in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and territory penetration, among other areas
- Lead Team performance evaluations, hiring, disciplining, overtime records and motivating direct reports through incentives and positive feedback
- Develop and implement store budgets, prepare reports for senior management
- Inventory planning, control and management ie Stock Count
- Oversee the scheduling and output of the production team
- Planning and executing store marketing and sales initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all JibuCo Standard Operating Procedures and other records/reports including product quality control, recording of all sales in daily, weekly and monthly report templates provided
- Proper management of all store assets including water purification equipment, the electronic tablet, computers and delivery tools e.g. tricycle
- Manage the external regulatory certification process, ensuring store is up to date with all requirements
- Maintain the premises and all equipment in a clean and proper manner, in accordance with the standards set in the Operating Manual
- Maintain affordable water prices that do not exceed the maximum price or fall below the minimum price determined by JibuCo
- Use best efforts, to sell the highest volume of water in the price range approved by JibuCo
- Use only the Jibu brand and the Jibu materials provided or approved by JibuCo for marketing, sales, or distribution purposes
- Keep detailed management and accounting records, including all invoices, inventory control documents and delivery notes
- Accurately complete weekly reports for internal purposes
- Accurately complete and submit electronically the accounting and financial templates provided by JibuCo according to agreed upon timelines
- As frequently as commercially possible, or whenever requested by JibuCo, you must use best efforts to request and assist customers in accurately completing electronic or paper surveys provided by JibuCo on customer demographics including address, phone number, income, household size, health and other personal information. Customer statistics must be collected in the manner and form requested by JibuCo.
- Immediately report to the Franchising Manager any emergency in relation to the business, including but not limited to, theft, damage to Products, and damage to the premises or recall situations.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Sales, or related field.
- Strong writing, storytelling & content creation skills (blogs, press releases, op-eds).
- Own a basic smartphone (with WhatsApp, Google Maps).
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
- Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, team player, and good time-management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong desire for learning.
- Have a "never give up" attitude.
