Job Purpose:
The Reseller Coordinator will be responsible for driving the growth and sustainability of Jibu's distribution network by identifying, onboarding, and managing a robust portfolio of high-performing resellers. This role requires a strategic blend of relationship management, operational oversight, and brand advocacy to ensure that every retail partner effectively mirrors Jibu's standards of quality and service excellence. The Coordinator will oversee network expansion strategy, reseller performance monitoring, localized marketing support, and field-level training initiatives that empower local entrepreneurs while securing Jibu's market leadership in the region.
Supervision Received:
This position works semi-autonomously and reports directly to the Direct Sales Lead.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Territory Sales
- Design and implement localized marketing and sales campaigns within reseller territories, consistently tracking core KPIs and ROI to ensure data-driven growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Jibu's franchise and reseller network, providing the necessary tools, training, and strategic support to ensure effective territory-level execution.
- Collaborate with agency partners to oversee above-the-line activities including creative artwork development and media buying (Radio, TV).
- Drive direct field sales initiatives targeting resellers and retail outlets to increase market penetration.
2. Marketing Strategy & Support:
- Provide real-time coverage of community activations, market storms, and corporate events via all social media platforms.
- Unlock new business opportunities through effective marketing to ensure that Jibuco and its franchisee network meet their growth targets.
- Provide feedback to the Manager about results of sales and marketing activities, customer feedback, and growth opportunities for the stores.
- Customer outreach and education about Jibu water and our products.
- Ensure local marketing campaigns are consistent with global strategy and leverage global best practices.
3. Partnerships & Campaigns
- Design and document partner-related campaigns and content collaborations.
- Recommend and attract initiatives that promote Jibu's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability agenda.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field.
- Strong writing, storytelling & content creation skills (blogs, press releases, op-eds).
- Own a basic smartphone (with WhatsApp, Google Maps).
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
- Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, team player, and good time-management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong desire for learning.
